TTLTC

Time
to
lower
the
crib :(
Okay, so we did help him peer over in this last picture, but I couldn't resist how cute it was to see him peeking over like this. We did lower the crib on Sunday due to Clark's new "climbing" and "pulling up" attempts. He's not crawling yet, but he did manage to show us his "army crawl" yesterday...and he loves to climb up onto his toys! I have a feeling I'm going to have my hands full soon.

Celebrating Leslie!

We showered the soon to be Mrs. Nichols this past weekend with a monogram shower! It was a wonderful day (minus my party foul-see details below) spent catching up with the bride and visiting with friends. We can't wait for your big day Leslie! Best Wishes as you continue the planning!

The Beautiful Bride

and then, after the shower was over, I had a little accident...

cut my pinky finger on a glass plate as I was washing dishes! Caroline was sweet enough to drive me to the Rocky Mount "QuickCare" to see me through my 4 stitches. The nurse bandaged me in red for the wolfpack (how cute). I made it home to charlotte after I was all fixed up. Thank you again Jrob and CD for being so sweet!

6 Month Photography Session

This past Saturday Nicole Rogers came by for our 6 month photography session. She always does such a wonderful job. Even though the day was smokin' hot and Clark was way more active than he was during his newborn session, she still captured such sweet sweet moments! We can't wait to get some of these in frames.

Sunset Beach Weekend

Nothing beats the beach in the summertime...the breeze, the sun, the sand and the surf! What a beautiful playground God created for us to enjoy! Thank you Matt, Logan and Riley for joining us at Sunset, we loved every minute of our time together.

Clark Morrison Monthly (6)

Here we are...6 months old! I can hardly believe it was 6 months ago that we welcomed Clark into our world. Each day brings more and more fun as Clark continues to grow and show his personality. I'm sure we'll have many "favorites" but Brian and I definitely feel like this is such a fun age..he is so active, wiggly, giggly, smiley and just plain hilarious! Babies do the funniest things! XOXO, Mama/Dada

In Clark's Words:
-I'm finally making some improvements on my sleeping habits, taking hour + naps during the day and occasionally sleeping through the night.
-I love my excersaucer, but even more I love just "sitting up" and playing with some of my new learning toys mommy and daddy bought me!
-I'm babbling a ton and making lots of funny sounds with my mouth.
-I still love bathtime/storytime
-I'm eating 3 meals a day now and taking 4 bottles a day, drinking 6-8 oz.
-I love it when mommy /daddy take me to the beach!
-I'm obsessed with my sister "Stella" she makes me giggle all the time!

Not crawling yet, but always "on the go"

Doesn't matter what it is, I'll eat it!

No shirt, no shoes, no problem...

You be the judge...

Ok, so maybe baby Clark does look a bit more like his daddy. However, I just couldn't help but share this photo comparison. Clark is now using mommy's old highchair! We striped him down to eat dinner tonight and I immediately was reminded of this picture below.
