MOM, I got this...

We gave Clark a bottle this afternoon and found it quite entertaining when we realized he was holding it all by himself. He has really discovered his hands over the past couple weeks, eating them, staring at them and now putting them to work! We found this comical and decided to grab the camera. Here he is in action...

Clark Morrison Monthly (2)

2 months have come and gone! We've loved every second of parenthood and the love we have for this baby boy is out of this world!

In Clark's Words:
-I'm smiling all the time
-I'm cooing and making sweet sweet sounds for mommy and daddy
-i've discovered my hands...I spend time staring at them and trying to eat them
-I love my playmat, I could look at Mr. Octopus all day long, he makes me smile too
-I'm kicking and flapping my arms non-stop
-At my last Dr. appt I was almost 11 pounds and 22 inches long - my 2 month is next week, I'm sure i've grown since then
-Last but not least, I'm still working on my nightime sleeping, I'm currently waking mom and dad a couple times a night :(

Clark's first trip to Sunset Beach

So many of my childhood memories are "beach memories"...Easter egg hunts, birthdays, boat rides, sand castles and I could go on. It was so special bringing Clark to the beach this past week, I hope that he grows to love the ocean air as much as we do. It was a bit chilly on the coast but we had a wonderful time. I can't wait to see Clark crawling around on that sandy beach this summer!
