Everyday!

Last Sunday during worship, we were told to "come, sit, rest and renew" - I found such comfort in hearing these words. It is so incredibly refreshing to spend some time in God's house each week before our crazy/busy schedule starts all over again! We sang "Everyday" by Lincoln Brewster and I still can't get it out of my head, check it out if you have a moment! Everyday

Speaking of everyday, our little one is into everything these days! He is crawling at the speed of light and pulling up every chance he can get, even doing a little crusin'. I snapped a few pictures of him in action recently...

JM Papers

New Hobby!

I just wanted to reach out to you all and make you aware of a new hobby (JM PAPERS) I've gotten involved in recently. I'm creating a variety of paper products with my new laminating machine. Placemats, Luggage/Bag Tags as well as bookmarks are all available now. Personalized labels and gift card tags are in the works, so stay tuned! Check out my website when you have a moment and let me know if I can help you with any orders: gifts for friends, party favors, party accessories, etc!

Clark Morrison Monthly (7)

Happy 7 months to our baby boy! What a wonderful 7 months it has been. Being a parent continues to be rewarding each and every day. The hardwork is definitely worth it! As mentioned in a previous post, Clark is crawling now and is constantly on the go. It is a blast to see him grow each day. We love you so much Clark!

In Clark's Words:
-I've figured out how to get around the house now and when mom and dad aren't looking I scurry off to see what I can find :)
-I'm eating 3 meals a day and 3 bottles a day and taking 2 naps a day (with a cat nap still in the evenings)
-I love the beach!
-I'd rather play with anything in the house that is NOT a toy of my own, like the furniture, lamps, remote control...
-I can pull up on my own now but still need supervision when standing alone
-I'm looking forward to Fall so that mama and I can get back into our walking routine, the heat has been bad!
-I still love my sister Stella dearly - she makes me giggle all the time!

This sign was a big distraction this morning, so here is one photo of his sweet face without it!

and he's off!

Clark is a Crawler! He gave us his first Crawl on Friday August 4th. And since then mama and dada have been busy keeping our eye on our little one and babyproofing. Once they are off, they really are such little explorers. We've already caught him unplugging a lamp, opening drawers and pulling up on furniture! I'm happy to report he is sleeping through the night consistently now - thank goodness because with all this crawlin we're all going to be more tired.

TTLTC

Time
to
lower
the
crib :(
Okay, so we did help him peer over in this last picture, but I couldn't resist how cute it was to see him peeking over like this. We did lower the crib on Sunday due to Clark's new "climbing" and "pulling up" attempts. He's not crawling yet, but he did manage to show us his "army crawl" yesterday...and he loves to climb up onto his toys! I have a feeling I'm going to have my hands full soon.
