James Jeffrey Morrison

He's HERE!  James Jeffrey Morrison joined us on April 28, 2013.  Weighed 8.8 lbs and was 21 inches long.  We feel so grateful to have had him arrive safely and so healthy.  We have had wonderful visits from friends and family.  As for now, we are settling in at home with our sweet new addition.  Our hearts are full.

Spring has finally sprung!

Praise the Lord for this beautiful weather that has arrived!  A happy toddler running around playing in the sunshine equals one very happy mama!  I'm always eager for the change of seasons and this particular change of season is extra special this year - baby boy #2 will be here in just a few weeks.  We are looking forward to meeting him and enjoying this season of life.

The beginning of Spring has brought Easter egg hunts, a beach vacation, back porch dining and yardwork, thus far.  What a nice change from those recent cold days!

Winter Updates

We wrapped up the month of January with a beach trip to celebrate Daddy's 30th birthday!  It was cold, but we were happy as clams to get out of town for a few days and relax.  It was quiet and peaceful, a nice break from the typical weekly hustle and bustle.

Happy 30th!

February surprised us with about an inch or so of snow - this was special because it is the first time Clark has seen snow!  I'm thankful he was able to watch it fall out the window and then play in it for a little bit the next morning.  He enjoyed making snowballs!
