Tickled Pink

This past Saturday a group of us threw a baby showering honoring Logan and her baby girl on the way. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with good friends, good food and lots of gifts for the mom-to-be. We are just "tickled pink" for Logan and cannot wait for Riley Elizabeth to arrive! Baby Clark especially is excited for his girlfriend to make her entrance:)

A night out...

On Saturday night Brian and I attended the ADPI 40th Anniversary Party along with the rest of our college buds! This was our first night out together since baby Clark was born (mom and dad were nice enough to keep our little boy for us). We had a ball catching up with friends and dancing the night away!

Clark Morrison Monthly

Clark is 1 month old today! On January 15th we welcomed our little boy into the world and here we are 1 month later spending time with our little one. We are taking lots of walks, reading stories, cuddling and loving our baby more than we ever knew was possible. Clark is for the most part a happy baby, we love to see his sweet little smiles at such a young age.

In Clark's words:
My favorite time of day is - in the morning after my first feeding. I'm so alert and happy.

I love my - bouncy seat! I love it so much I sometimes sleep in it at night.

Bath Time is - FUN! I love lounging in the warm water.

Biggest challenge for mom and dad - getting me to sleep through the night. I just haven't gotten the hang of it yet :)

In Love...

During this month of "Love" I just can't help but mention how in love we are with Clark. He brightens our days and brings joy to our hearts. On the day he turned one week old we had a photographer come to our home and take pictures of our baby boy. Enjoy!

Baby Clark Updates

We are keeping busy around here adjusting to parenthood and life with a new baby. First and foremost we celebrated Brian's first birthday as a daddy this past weekend. Happy Birthday Daddy!




We took our first walk with baby Clark this weekend, thankfully the 60 degree weather allowed us to get outdoors and enjoy the weather!

And we have continued to enjoy lots of visits from friends, family and GREAT GRANDPARENTS!

One week later...

Oh how our lives have changed (for the better)! We can hardly believe we have been a family of THREE for a week now. Having Clark at home with us has been such a joy and we feel incredibly blessed to have him in our lives. We are so in love with him! This past week we have enjoyed visits from family and friends, delicious meals and the wonderful presence of a newborn baby.

William "Clark" Morrison 1.15.11

The wait is over, we welcomed our son into the world on Saturday January 15, 2011. Clark arrived at 9:47 am and was 9 lbs/20 inches. It was love at first sight! As for now we are settling in at home with our new baby boy and enjoying every minute of it.
